Hardware Capabilities
Smart Flex is built on a processor-based Android IoT architecture and features onboard UART for seamless integration with milk analyzers and weighing scales. It offers robust wireless connectivity options including 4G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. As a processor-based smart device, it provides virtually unlimited data storage. The system includes an inbuilt printer and supports external printer connections. Its 8-inch-wide color display enhances usability, delivering a superior experience for operators.

Seamless Remote Calibration & Data Sync

It supports remote calibration and configuration, along with cleaning and calibration data synchronization via mobile and web. The Android-based Data Processing Unit features a quad-core processor, an 8-inch IPS display, sufficient data storage and memory to keep minimum 2 yrs data, with connectivity options like 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

Integrated Multi-Function Design

It integrates three major components—Fatscan Milk Analyzer, Android-based Data Processing Unit, and Ultrasonic Stirrer—into one device.
